• Thread or cord breaking under normal use
• Beads cracking or breaking due to material defects
• Loose or broken counters or markers
• Any visible manufacturing defects
• Orders sent incorrectly or incompletely

❌ What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by negligence, misuse or accident
• Natural colour changes in wood or gemstones over time
• Returns for change of mind after use
• Items altered or repaired by a third party

📋 How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us via WhatsApp
   Send us a message with your order number and clear photos of the defective item.
2. We review and confirm
   Our team will review the photos and confirm your claim within 1–2 business days.
3. Return the item (if required)
   For return claims, return shipping cost is borne by the customer. For repair items, we will provide shipping instructions.
4. Repair or replacement
   We will repair or replace your item and ship it back to you at no additional charge.

🔄 Wrong or Incomplete Items

If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, we will send the correct item at no additional cost to you, including shipping.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the packaging and items received.
